Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get out of my car?

Yes you may get out of your car, but you must stay with your group within the designated parking space. You may stand or sit next to your vehicle, lay in the bed of your truck, or the back of your van. Folding chairs are allowed. If you are outside of the vehicle, you must wear your mask or face covering at all times. Outside of the vehicle is considered anytime you are not sitting in a seat with a seatbelt inside the vehicle.

Are masks or face coverings required?

UPDATE AS OF JUNE 8, 2021: In line with recent advise from the CDC and Ohio Department Of Health, attendees who ARE vaccinated will not be required to wear a mask as this is an outdoors event, although we still strongly recommend wearing one. If you are NOT vaccinated, you will still be required to wear a mask.

Are restrooms available at the venue?

Yes, portable restrooms will be available with plenty of hand soap and sanitizer. Also, protective toilet seat covers are available in each stall. We ask that you do NOT flush the toilet seat covers down the toilet and dispose of them in the small garbage can in each stall. Restrooms will be cleaned and sanitized hourly and markers will be placed on the ground six feet apart to maintain social distancing. Please act responsibly and follow all applicable COVID-19 regulations.

What safety measures are in place?

Your safety and security are most important to us. We have 3 layers of security at each concert which includes officers from the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department and two private security firms. Also, please note that all vehicles are inspected prior to entering the venue.

How do I purchase concessions or merchandise?

We encourage you to use the mobile app to order and deliver any concessions or merchandise to your parking space. If you choose not to use the app, you may leave your designated parking space to purchase concessions or merchandise. Remember, you are required to wear a mask or face covering and follow social distancing guidelines.

Are tickets sold per vehicle, per person, or dedicated space?

A single vehicle ticket includes entry for one vehicle and up to four (4) people per vehicle included, (this includes the driver). Remember, there must be a legal seat and seat belt for every passenger inside the car. Subject to the availability of legal seats and seat belts within your vehicle. The maximum capacity per vehicle is six  (6) people if they are from the same household. Everyone in the group must arrive together in the same vehicle, and a Single Person Add-On pass is needed for the 5th and/or 6th persons in a vehicle..

There is no minimum passenger requirement. However, you will not receive a discounted price if you bring less than four people. If you have space and can join your quaranteam safely, we recommend that you do so.

No parking will be permitted for oversized vehicles (i.e. large vans, buses, motorhomes, etc.)

Can we purchase extra tickets when we arrive and for a full car at the gate?

We STRONGLY encourage you to purchase your vehicle ticket and extra passenger tickets in advance to limit unnecessary contact and allow for efficient entry into the venue. We will have multiple entry lanes with one lane dedicated to upgrades and tickets purchased on the day of the event.

Please follow the directional signage upon arrival. If you enter into the wrong lane and do not have all of your tickets, you’ll be asked to go to the back of the main entry line.

Full vehicle day of show purchases on-site will be offered while space lasts.

What ticket types are available?

We have four or five ticket types depending on the show: FRONT LANE, VIP CENTER, VIP SIDE, PREMIUM GA, and GENERAL ADMISSION. Shows with only four ticket types will just see GENERAL ADMISSION and will not see a Premium GA section.

The very front 2 rows are reserved for FRONT LANE passes. The next section back is reserved for VIP, in which you can choose a spot in the center or the sides. The section after that is Premium GA, followed by General Admission.

**Sections are parked on a first-come, first-served basis. So, we encourage everyone to plan on arriving early.**

What if I want to park near my friends?

The only way you can park near someone you know is if you arrive with them and are pulling in behind them or in front of them. This way you will be parked next to them. However, you still can not leave your designated area when you are parked. This is strictly enforced.
